OASE Audio is currently ran by Leith McLeod - an audio engineer, bassist, and DJ. Leith moved to Denver where he completed a bachelor's degree in audio engineering at the University of Denver - studying under Michael Schulze and Ted Stein. During his time at DU he was awarded two Downbeat awards for Best and Outstanding Studio Engineered Recording for his work on local bands BunniBunne, Drew Dvorchak, Driaj, and Anika Erickson.

Additionally, Leith secured an internship at local Denver studio - The Keep. Here, he fine tuned his mixing and mastering skills as well as recording techniques while studying under Grammy nominated engineers Jeff Kanan and Nick Sullivan.


Before moving to Denver, Leith had a career as a bassist in the greater Pittsburgh area where he played well over 200 live shows, competed in and won multiple battle of the bands, and had his band's music featured on local Pittsburgh radio stations like  91.3 WYEP and 105.9 The X and was broadcasted on the television station - AT&T Sportsnet during the Pittsburgh Pirates games.
Currently Leith is the head audio engineer at Number Thirty Eight in Denver and takes on freelance mixing, mastering, studio and live bass performance, and live sound work through his new company, OASE Audio. Leith also gigs around the Denver area with different musicians and as a solo DJ.
